Jae Chul Byun is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Byun worked at Financial Advisory Service team of Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Byun is a Certified Public Accountant.

Partner Timothy Dong-Woo CHANG: CEO / President

Timothy Dong-woo Chang is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment Corp., and also Senior Partner of IMM PE. Timothy is a co-founder of IMM Investment Corp. where he led the build-out of the proprietary deal sourcing network and development of strong relationships with the Korean and international business communities. Prior to IMM, he worked at Peregrine Securities Korea and Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Chang received a B.A. in Law from Hanyang University.

Jean Rok Han is a Managing Director of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Han was a General Manager at Woori Global Asset Management, where he oversaw product development team. Also Mr. Han worked at Hyundai Asset Management, Hyundai Capital and Shinhan Asset Management.

Partner Sung-Bae JI: CEO / President

Sung-bae Ji is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment Corp., one of the most successful and reputable venture capital investment firms in Korea., and also Senior Partner of IMM PE. He was also a founding member of IMM Partners. Prior to IMM, Mr. Ji worked at CKD Venture Capital and Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on M&A advisory.

Mr. Ji received a B.A. and M.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University.

Partner IlBu JOUNG: CEO of IMM & Co

Il Bu Joung currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IMM & Co, which acts as the holding company for IMM Investment Corp., IMM Hong Kong, IMM Japan, IMM Singapore, and IMM Asset Management.

In addition, Mr. Joung also holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at IMM Investment Corp. Before his investment career, Mr. Joung accumulated experience at Samsung Electronics' Semiconductor Business.

Mr. Joung earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ajou University and Executive MBA from Seoul National University.

Jiyun Jung is a Managing Director of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Ms. Jung worked in Legal Affairs Department at KDB Daewoo Securities co. Ms. Jung is a lawyer.

Hak Jae Kim is the Chief Investment Officer of IMM Investment and is responsible for Alternative Capital Markets. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Kim was with Goldman Sachs, where he was Co-Head of Korea FICC Sales and served on the Korea Management and Risk Committee. Before joining Goldman Sachs, he was an Executive Director at Barclays Capital and head of the Marketing Division at Shinhan Asset Management. Mr. Kim began his career at Hyundai Investment and Securities.
Mr. Kim earned a B.A. in French from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and an MBA from Sogang University, Korea.

Hongchan Kim is a Managing Director of IMM Investment. Prior to joining IMM, Mr. Kim was consultant at A.T. Kearney and an engineer at Simplex Internet.

Seung Bin Won is the CEO of GetSmart, a hrd service company in Korea, he has multiple experiences in finance, data analysis, IT services and auditing. He also served multiple positions at SK Communications, NICE credit, KIS credit, MG info, and GS ITM.

Dae Hyun Kang is a Vice President at Farm8 since 2005. As one of Korea’s leading experts in smart farming, he received an award from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in 2017. He also serves as a Director of Korea Smart Farm Association.

Kevin Kab Jae Lee is the Chairperson of the ESG Committee at IMM Investment Corp.

He is currently serving as a board member of SK Investment Vina Pte. Ltd. and Crianza Aviation Ltd., a high-value aircraft lessor and asset manager for widebody aircraft that provides customized lease and fleet solutions to prime airlines.

Previously, Kevin has served as CEO of the Hyundai LNG Shipping Co., Ltd., and Partner at Samil PwC.

Soo Young Lee is a Vice President of Najin Industry and has previously held a number of core positions in the financial field. Before joining Najin Industry, he has served as a Chief Director at Hyundai Engineering & Construction, a major construction company in Korea, and was responsible for managing the construction finance for all projects in Abu Dhabi. Prior to that, he was a Chief Financial Officer at Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Korea office).

Mr. Lee received a B.A from Boston University.

Yunseok Lee is the CHRO of GS ITM. Previously he has contributed to the success of various online game service companies through effective organization building. Mr. Lee has worked as the Head of HR and organizational building for SK Communications, Neowiz, and SK Planet, and as a key member in strategy, HR and sales at startups such as FHL Games and Howser. He frequently writes and lectures about planning, leadership and common competencies.

Mr. Lee received a B.A. and M.A. in Public Administration from Kyunghee University.

Inhwan Park is the CEO of Onsang, Ltd., and has held senior leadership positions at a number of global internet and communications businesses. Prior to founding Onsang, Mr. Park served as a Senior Vice President at SK Telecom Holdings (USA), the largest mobile operator in Korea. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Cyworld (USA), a social network service subsidiary of SK Telecom Ltd.

Mr. Park received a B.A. in Law and completed the course of master degree in Administrative Law at Seoul National University.

Jung Wan Park is a Vice President of Imine, Ltd, a cosmetic OEM/ODM company. Prior to joining Imine, Mr. Park has served as COO/CFO at KTB Credit Service and led the planning, starting, and operating new businesses in P2P and NPL.

Tae Gyung Park is the CEO of SY Tank Terminal, a leading tank terminal operator based in Yeosu, Korea. Previously, Mr. Park worked 28 years with GS Caltex, a global leader in the petrochemical industry, where he was associated with various roles including Head of Technologies, Head of Operations and Chief Factory Manager. Having been acknowledged for his expertise and leadership, Mr. Park also served as CEO of GS Caltex’s subsidiaries for over 5 years. As the Vice Chairman of the Environmental and Safety Board of Yeosu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of The Korean Institute of Chemical Engineers, Mr. Park contributes to the wider society.

Mr. Park received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Hanyang University, M.B.A from Chonnam National University and Ph.D in Engineering from Chonnam National University.

Baldur Vander is the CEO of Crianza Aviation, and the founder and MD of EastMerchant since 2009. Previously, he served as EastMerchant GmbH’s Management and a board member of Aircraft Purchase Fleet Ltd. In addition, he also served as a Senior Vice President and the Head of Tax Structured Finance at Sachsen LB, and a Member of International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading.

Mr. Vander received a M.A. in Business Administration from University of Cologne.

Ji Chang Yu is the CEO of Dreamline Co., Ltd. (“Dreamline”), the fourth largest telecom operator company in Korea. Prior to Dreamline, Mr. Yu has worked in the telecom business for many years as the chief executive role. He served as the CEO of SK Home & Service for more than three years, and also has served as a COO of Network Division at SK Telecom, where he was in charge of developing the 4G network of SK Telecom in Korea.

Mr. Yu received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering for Sungkyunkwan University.
