Il Bu Joung currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IMM & Co, which acts as the holding company for IMM Investment Corp., IMM Hong Kong, IMM Japan, IMM Singapore, and IMM Asset Management.
In addition, Mr. Joung also holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at IMM Investment Corp. Before his investment career, Mr. Joung accumulated experience at Samsung Electronics’ Semiconductor Business.
Mr. Joung earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Ajou University and Executive MBA from Seoul National University.
Timothy Dong-woo Chang is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IMM Investment Corp., and also Senior Partner of IMM PE. Timothy is a co-founder of IMM Investment Corp. where he led the build-out of the proprietary deal sourcing network and development of strong relationships with the Korean and international business communities. Prior to IMM, he worked at Peregrine Securities Korea and Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Chang received a B.A. in Law from Hanyang University.
