Ji Chang Yu is the CEO of Dreamline Co., Ltd. (“Dreamline”), the fourth largest telecom operator company in Korea. Prior to Dreamline, Mr. Yu has worked in the telecom business for many years as the chief executive role. He served as the CEO of SK Home & Service for more than three years, and also has served as a COO of Network Division at SK Telecom, where he was in charge of developing the 4G network of SK Telecom in Korea.

Mr. Yu received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering for Sungkyunkwan University.
